Designed to support mothers in all stages of motherhood.
A new seasonal menu each week.
Includes three main meals, one breakfast plus nourishing snacks. Containers hold 2-3 servings per meal and snacks hold 8-10 servings. (About three days of food for one person)
$155 for pickup in Glenmore or $10 delivery fee

**You do not need to be a mother to order meal packages. These meals are wonderful for anyone who is looking for nourishing, healthy food.
HOW IT WORKS:
YOU ORDER
Weekly menus are posted on Instagram every Monday at 12pm (1 week before delivery). No social media? Ask to join my newsletter and receive the menus by email. You can place an order by DM or email. I take orders until Thursday night unless they sell out!
WE COOK & DELIVER
Meals are cooked on Sunday night then packaged and delivered on Monday morning between 10am-12pm. We don't like to wake napping moms or babies so we will send a text once the package has been delivered to your door.
If you prefer to pickup your meals in Glenmore, you can do so anytime after 1pm.

This organic, healing package is intentionally made for a new mother to enjoy immediately after giving birth for optimal recovery.
Includes:
Warm organic chicken bone broth for immediate sipping
A herbal tea blend to assist in physical healing, pain, breastmilk production and hormone regulation
A nettle infusion to help support the body's resupply of lost nutrients during childbirth
Two different lactation snacks

If you are interested in ordering a New Mama package for yourself or someone special, please contact me to find out my availability. It's true, we wont know when the baby will arrive, but knowing the due date will help me to plan and be prepared for the special day!
WE COOK & DELIVER
If you want the package to be delivered as early as possible after the birth, it is important to notify me when labour begins (or have your partner message me). I will get started on the package as soon as I can, and arrange a drop off time with your partner.
